Hey - so i replaced the driver window motor about 5k ago and now it seem like the window works sometimes and sometimes it doesnt. If i bang on the door (interior) hard enough it will start working.. Doesnt make alot sense to me- hopefully someone ran into this before and knows whats going on ? I do notice after a heavy rain there is some water siting on the driver side door sill. Maybe things are getting wet?

Cheap aftermarket motor = becoming an expert at replacing them. Where did you buy the motor?

 

The post on cleaning/replacing the motor will correct it.
