Default Fender Linigs Damaged

Hey guys, the other day the plastic protector shield on my driver's side front wheel well ripped out for some reason, I think some screws and pushpins were loose, but now I can see where my headlights are as well as all the wires going to them and the turn lights. Im just wondering if these things are waterproof because monsoon season is coming soon and I also really want to wash my car. Thanks

Headlights are not waterproof and wiring is not waterproof. I would replace it since monsoon season is near.

Actually the are very water resistant , the main problem is rocks getting kicked up and destroying them
