Default Got Backed Into. Minor Damage?

Last night, conveniently, I parked in the street so that my roommate could sell some furniture to some randoms on craigslist that we had stored in the garage. After waiting for 2 hours I was just about to pull my car in the garge and say f it when my roommate says the guy got lost and is on his way here so I decide to keep the car outside a little longer. I get a knock on the door and we assume its the furniture people but it turns out to be my neighbors parents who informed me that they just "backed into that red car over there". I went over expecting the worst but it didn't seem too bad. Its about the size of a fist as if someone punched my rear quater pannel, and then some scuffs along the wheel arch. The wheel arch is still perfectly concentric and the scuffs are from her paint rubbing off and seems like I could just buff it out myself. The dent however is on the "crease" of the fender so I don't think that it will be able to be popped back out.

The parents drove a 5 series and an Rx-350 (what backed into me) so I don't think they are hurting for money, but they tried to get me to take cash/check/ certified check etc instead of requesting their insurance. I got their insurance anyways but now I don't know what I want to do. I was planning on repainting the car (keeping it Nogaro Red) once I got some body parts and to replace my chipped bumpers etc. I don't really want insurance to waste money on the fender now and then me have a miss-matching pannel untill I get the whole thing painted later. Should I just get some estimates on the repair and then accept their cash offer and put it towards my new paint job? I'm not sure about the dent but I'm pretty sure an hour of claybar and waxing would make the rest of the panel fine where its got some scuffs.

I had a nasty door ding on the rear fender and it was right on the crease. You cant even tell its there now.
