Default Problems getting into reverse

This is driving me nuts but sometimes I cannot get the damn transmission in reverse. It inevitably happens when I have parked somewhere with a brick close to my front end so I cannot roll forward enough to right things. I then have to roll the car back with my foot so I can roll forward and get it into reverse. My WRX and other manual cars used to do this from time to time but it wasn't this bad all I would have to do is roll forward a few inches and then it would get int reverse just fine.

Anyone else have this problem?

Only mods are wheels and tires nismo lsd and 3.9 fd

I do this and it works every time. After pressing and releasing Ill go into first before shifting to reverse.

Mine will have a hard time going in to reverse sometimes as well. I'll just stick it in first gear and get it to move just a few inches ahead, then go into reverse and it will grab and go. Sounds like yours requires a little more work though...
I would say to just give your self enough room to drive it forward a bit in first gear and then put it in reverse. See if that works.

Sure..mine's an 08.
Aside from rolling forward....
Make SURE you fully depress the shift **** before rolling it over. I find that if I do it too quickly....... moving a tad sideways at the same time... it won't
go into reverse..

Reverse is completely gone now! No amount of rolling fixes it.
