Default Best Fluid to use in Transmission and Diff

I have a 2006 350z MT with 56k miles. I just recently got my Z, about 12k miles ago and wanted to do a full fluid change to make sure everything is spick and span. I see all these things about using different fluids and what things do and dont do.

I know that the Tranny fluid needs to be GL-4, what about the Diff?

I have used Redline products in the past and really liked them. I checked IPP and was thinking about putting this in the tranny:

Redline MT-90 75w-90

Still dont know about the Diff..

Thanks everyone!

Okay... I found it on IPP... just not by the gallon. I live in Houston, so it doesnt get tooo cold. I will end up getting the 75w-85 for the tranny.

I use Motul in my Diff...but that is for full race usage with the POS Wavetrac diff...

Go to the Redline website, they have a full listing of recommended fluids by vehicle...just go with what they recommend...can't go wrong.
