Default Brakes Soft

I recently took off my brembos to sell and put back on my OEM brakes. When I put back on my OEM brake I used a power bleeder to bleed the brakes. I followed the correct sequence PR, DR, PF, DF. I have also since then bled the brakes two more times with my power bleeder going through about 3 quarts of brake fluid. The brake pedal is hard when the car is off. When i turn on the car the pedal will sink immediately when pressed. Any ideas of what could be causing the soft brake pedal? Thanks guys.

I found that my front passenger brake was bleeding a lot of air. I have bled 3 quarts through that caliper and still see air coming out. I don't see any leaks in the line. The seals on the caliper look good. I was wondering if anybody had an idea of the cause of the air going through the bleeder valve or should I just keep bleeding? Or if I need to buy a new brake line?
