Default Replacing Rear Crossmember Bushings

I'm not too car savvy so please bear with me. So Nissan says I needed to replace my rear crossmember bushings because they're leaking and from what I gathered they don't just replace the bushings they have to replace a bigger part and they quoted $1550 for it. You guys told me to buy http://www.z1motorsports.com/350_g35...oducts_id=5229 is that all i'll need then show up to a mechanic and tell them to replace the bushings? Do I need something else? Is this something I should go to Nissan or a place more familiar with a Z?

Bonus question: I need the belt replaced is this what I would need http://www.z1motorsports.com/350_g35...ducts_id=2902? Thanks in advance. You guys are great

This belt http://www.z1motorsports.com/350_g35...oducts_id=2901 or http://www.z1motorsports.com/350_g35...oducts_id=5637 will work. Then that bushing is all you need.
