UK owner-front headlamps have previous leak

UK owner-front headlamps have previous leak
Hi all,
I'm from the UK and have a 2005 350z GT4(not sure if you have the GT4 in the USA)and my front headlamps are all misty/marked on the glass internally.They were like this when I bought it 3 months ago.There is NO leak now but must have leaked at some stage and its really beginning to annoy me.I'm a member of the 350z-uk.com but I haven't had alot of luck over there.
Nobody wants to touch them as there a sealed unit.
The only option I was given was to put the headlamps in the oven to loosen the seal
,remove glass, clean and re-seal.Unfortunately this is not something I would like to attempt myself.
I guessed you guys would have a bit more knowledge and possible options.
Any input would be much appreciated and greetings from the UK.
