Default random misfire help!!

ok so I just finished rebuilding my motor, new pistons, rods, bearings, cams, ect... anyway, I got the motor in and everything on it and started it. it idled rough and threw a code, i checked the codes and p0300 came up and a cam sensor code came up to, changed the cam sensor and started it again, it ran good at first but it started to misfire again, the p0300 cam up again but now im getting a cam timing code to.

does anyone have any info on what could be the cause? please help

p0300 with misfire and rough idle was a blown coil pack for me. considering your recent build i would expect it not to be a blown coil pack, but maybe you've mixed up the wires for a couple of them.
