Default Undertray Bolts Broke... FML

So I was giving my car its first oil change under my ownership... While removing the undertray, BOTH... Not one... But BOTH of the bolts holding on the back side of the tray broke. Like, the heads on them snapped off.

I looked on Google for some ideas of how to remove them. Bought a screw extractor kit and have been trying to use it... But, either A) The extractor won't bite down on the bolt, or B) The torque on my drill isn't strong enough to get the screw to budge when the extractor does bite...

I don't own a welder, and both of the bolts are flush with the metal around them (or really slightly recessed now)

Does anyone got any other bright ideas for how to get these damn things out? I bought a ZSpeed Aluminum Undertray but I can't install it because of the bolts stuck in my way...

drill a hole right through the center of the broken bolt. hammer in a squared screw extractor and use a wrench to turn it counter clock wise, it should come off

Gotta drill it... Same thing happened to me when switching out my steering wheel. The airbag is screwed in with t30 tamper proof screws along with blue loctite...

Pick a bit that is smaller than the screw shaft. drill a centered hole like stated above. From that point, you should be able to use a screw extractor.
