Default Need help fast:/ head problem

Ok so I'm in a little but of a situation right now with my poor z:/ I have a revup z that I was doing some work on last night. I was installing an mrev2 and also I changed the spark plugs while I was there. When u was doing the spark plugs, u broke one of the bolts that held down the coil pack because it was late and I was stressed out. I tried to use an Ez out and that also broke and flew everywhere. Anyway, when I put everything back together, I started up the car and it sounded like something was rattling inside my plenum. It then finally settled and started running bad. At that point I remembered that the bolt and still bit broke so maybe something flew inside the intake manifold. It's idling really low and it shakes. I am getting random misfire on cylinder number 3 which sounds like where there is something rattling inside there. What I think is that the piece of metal went through the intake valves, bent them up and is now rattling inside the combustion chamber. I took it to nissan and they said that the compression is low on that cylinder. They wanted 3500 just to take the head off and see what's wrong. What's my worst case scenario and what are your opinions on what I should do

Worst case scenario is that you need a new engine and the stealership will ask for another $6k on top of the $3.5k they're already asking from you...with a low compression already and with all the symptoms you've mentioned, I wouldn't bother with dealer diagnostics; your engine is shot...

It will be cheaper to get a used engine and have a regular shop familar with VQ's install the engine....you will be hosed by the dealership...

+1 swap it with a junk yard motor if you keep the car.
