Default Steering column re-installed wrong?

I replaced my headers this weekend, if anyone told you that it's not worth the install time take their advice; they were right. It took me 5 hours Saturday and about 4 hours Sunday, with another 2 hours trying to fix the overheating issue (ended up being air in the tubes).
Anyways, when I was disconnecting the steering column I marked it as suggested , had the steering wheel straight, re-installed in the marked area and everything seemed fine. I took it to the canyons last night, everything perfect.
This morning I get in my car, wheels were straight and my steering wheel was slightly to the left. I turned the wheels all the way to the left, then back straight and my steering wheel was aligned again. Figured it was nothing, but as I was driving on the freeway the steering wheel again started going to the left with the wheels still being straight.
It only gets to a certain point, then stops, but very bothersome. It's like I have an OCD to this type of thing.
Right now, I pulled my car in with the steering wheel straight then looked at my wheels and what a surprise, they were straight.
Turnded them all the way to the left, all the way to the right, then back straight and wheels were still aligned.
Drove to autozone for some parts for my friends car and the steering wheel again turned to the left
Parked my car and as I reversed I straightened the wheels, steering wheel straight.

So it seems as if the steering wheel only turns to the left as I'm driving. Any ideas how to fix this?

Just get an alignment done. You may be off by a fraction. Enough to have the car drift, but not enough to cause any sensor issues.

That, or you may have one or more bad ball joints somewhere up front.

It's off by roughly this, when I came to a stop I held the steering wheel in place. It pushed me slightly to the left because it realigns when coming to a stop. This has be stumped

Would an alignment fix that much of a drift?
