Default 2003 Rear U-Joint

Is this thing replaceable? It seems pressed in? Trying to help a friend with excessive play on his. Thanks for any help!

Find a local driveline shop, Have it replaced and balanced, Done.

+1 on a drive line shop.

However i guess i have been curious about this myself, considering we do have CF driveshafts...how do they remove the joints??

Same way as any other, The ends are steel where the joints are, just have to be careful with the shaft not to damage it.

I'm having trouble locating the u-joint though, no help from the dealer, says it's one unit.

Makes sense, ive never had to get any work done on a CF Drive shaft before...damn thing sounds so brittle when you take it off the car lol, always wondered if it was hard to do haha

^the "U" in U-joing stands for universal, incase you didnt know.

With that in mind, any drive-line shop will have what is needed. Dont source the parts out yourself, let them deal with it...
