Hey guys, I am having trouble with my window. whenever I pull the lever for it to go up it will go all the way up then immediately come halfway down. it does this every time, even if i hold the button up the entire time it goes up. Has this every happened to anyone? i have no idea how it can be fixed but its not safe at all.

 

It sounds like it the motor may need to be reset. I had this happen to me a couple times. IIRC the reset procedure is something like this:

Start with key off
Turn key to on position, but do not start
Press and hold the button to take the window down. Once it is down, hold it there for about 5 seconds.
Bring the window back up. Hold again at the top for another 5 seconds.
