I had a compression test, and he said all the numbers were right around 151. Is that low, or okay?

 

Do these results seem too low for a engine with only 50k miles on it?

 

Why is the world do you need another thread on this? You said spec was 145-190 or so. Yes its on the low end but its within spec. Motors dont like to be overheated. See what happens in the coming months.

 

I started another thread because nobody replied in the other one. Everyoine told me to get a compression test, so I did, and I just wanted feedback on my results.

 

I should mention the compression was a dry compression test. The factory wants 140-185, is that wet or dry?

 

compression test should always be dry, only do a wet one if u think the compression is low spray to see if it goes up ...but do it with a warmed up engine and not a cold on u get actual results that way. thats just me
