Default Random Misfires

Over the last year at different times I have had engine misfires that suddenly start and then go away after varied amount of time driving. I have had my code reader say it was #3 cylinder to later change to #5 and then again change to #2. It was happening before my second 50,000 spark plug change and I thought a fresh set would fix it but still happening. Today when it occured I hooked up my reader and the code was PO 300 random misfires so I guess it was several cylinders. Any ideas what may be going on?

Code check went back to saying #3 cylinder had a misfire so I swapped #1 and #3 and then it said #1 had misfire. Went to Nissan and got a new coil for the defective one and haven't had a CEL since.
