Default Release Bearing Retainer - Clicking

Hey guys,

Has anyone ever had their release bearing retainer/clip make a "click" noise when pushing down on the clutch pedal?

Recently (and only 8 months after exedy oem clutch kit/jwt flywheel install) there has been a single "click" noise emitting from directly inside of the transmission where the clutch fork passes through the boot of the transmission and you can feel it each time it "clicks" through the clutch pedal. It is faint, but happens when you slowly push the clutch pedal down or slowly bring it back up. It's almost like when the release bearing is traveling towards and away from the clutch, it or the retainer spring is catching on something. No issues to be had from this yet other than what we can feel through the pedal and the noise able to be heard with the engine off.
