Alright so my power steering seems to be going out. Got 100k miles on the car. It has gone out before but came back to life and has been good for about 20k miles until recently. So I tighten the belts and it got much better but still not smooth. It is harder to turn the steering wheel in certain places regardless of what speed I'm going at.

Any ideas?
