03 350z loss of power

Default 03 350z loss of power
2003 350z with 137k miles. It is throwing po300. The car has lost power and the exhaust sounds very strange when driving. Has a slight rattling noise also. I have recently done a timing chain job on it. I also replaced cam shaft sensors. I'm lost at this point
