Default 2003 Nissan 350Z Front Crossmember/Engine Cradle

So I have a 2003 Nissan 350Z that I have to replace the front crossmember/engine cradle on (different websites call it different names for some reason). I was wondering if anyone knows if a 2008 front crossmember/engine cradle will fit on my 2003 350Z. I know the body's are a little different but I am not sure if the part I need, or the rest of the suspension, axle hub type of parts are different from the 2003 to the 2008. I have placed a picture below to show you the exact part I am talking about since different websites have called it different names (and confused the crap out of me).

More details, please. I doubt many Z33 owners have ever replaced a front crossmember, as that is one heavy-duty component! Are you certain it needs to be replaced and is this based off of what you know or what someone told you?

I know it's been awhile but were you able to successfully replace the engine cradle? Took my Z to the shop yesterday and they said mine is beat up and needs to replaced and quoted me $1000 for it so I figure I'd do it myself.
