rear fluid nozzle not working

rear fluid nozzle not working
i was wondering but why isn't my rear fluid nozzle not working? It's not disconnected but its doesn't dispense the fluid to the rear and my rear window tends to get dirty, blocking/blurring my vision for back. Car is at 58k miles and its a 2003 and idea on how to fix or? A DIY guide link would be great but ideas are also helpful.!
