Default noise from the front of the car

Hello i notice whenever i go over an uneven road i hear some kinda cracking noise seems like its from the front. just like recently i notice when i just turn my steering wheel to the left even or uneven road i hear the same noise but a lower pitch (while moving). I know my shocks are bad and i have to replace them. could the nosie be from that

If your not planning to help then dont bother to comment. reason i asked was because i always had that cracking noise even when my shocks were still rather ok.

sarcastic comments aside, wouldnt it be best for you to replace the shocks first and then see if the noise persists?
