Hello all and thanks in advance for any advice,
My car is twin turbo'd and I have a Walboro 255LPH (don't have the model on hand but can get it if necessary). Both the TT and the fuel pump have been in since about October of 2011.
A couple of months ago my car would not start. I knew it was fuel related and could not figure it out so I had it towed and fixed. The fuel pump fuse was the issue.
Ok, so get my car back and everything works fine for a while. Get it retuned on Osiris (previously Greddy e-manage) and the boost turned up a bit and then my car threw the dreadful "Multiple Misfire Code". Car would not start at times, but would at other times. It was very random and extremely odd. My alternator was fine, as was my battery (brand new battery).
Took it to my tuner, had the code cleared and off I go. Car runs fine for a few weeks. But now it's back to it's dirty habit of starting when it wants to. Saturday night I tried to start it and nothing...fuel pump wasn't even whining so I checked the fuse, it was good, so I assumed fuel pump was out. Sunday, I went out to push it in to the garage because there was chance of rain, and it started.
Is there ANYONE who has had a similar issue? Am I running too much power for my pump (about 440whp)? Is my pump just going out? Is it a common Osiris problem? ANYTHING would help.
Cliffnotes:
Car only starts when it wants to.
Fuel pump randomly works.
