For the last 8 years, I have been winter storing my 350Z and not changing engine oil. I change it early spring when I take it out of storage. I do not drive it much anyway. I covered about 5000 miles per year. So, should I change the oil and then put it in storage or put it in storage and then change the oil.

Since you have been storing the Z for 8 winters and not changing the oil first, why change now. Obviously you haven't created any problems so I would just continue with what has worked for you.
