Default Bad vibration at 35-40mph

I've searched a while now and found a couple people with a similar issue but no results.. Okay so my 05 touring 6mt has had a decent vibration over the last few months.. Didn't pay a whole lot of attention to it ASSUMING is was just some warped front rotors.. Okay so over the last few days it has gotten progressively Worse!! I replaced rotors only to find this wasn't my issue at all.. Put the car on lift and went thru the gears and every time it would start making the horrible vibration around 35-40mph... Vibrates at any speed but worst there. I felt my drive shaft and doesn't seem like any out of the ordinary play in it. The shifter bounces and the whole car shakes. I don't believe it would be my flywheel since it still vibrates even with the clutch in or in neutral at these speeds. Anyone have an answer for this yet?

*Note* I know this isn't an issue w my tires/wheels cause I've ran 3 different sets and no change what so ever.. Currently have my 3pc oz racing wheels w brand new tires on them.

Thank you bsting.. Another note the vibration changes while going around curves or even barely steering the wheels.. I know this isn't a wheel bearing or anything in the front because I still get the awful vibration while the car is going 45 mph on a lift

Thanks but its not the diff.. I can see the tranny and drive shaft shaking, just can't see what's causing it.. Whatever it is I'm 99% sure it's somewhere near where the drive shaft meets the tranny. Note I have solid rear diff bushings.. Maybe these caused my issue? They've always caused the rear end to whine a little since install but so has everyone else that put these in

Possibly a rear wheel bearing? I jacked the car up but neither wheel had any play in them.. I don't suppose they will always have play tho.. Anyway do you guys think that's a good possibility? That would explain why the vibration changes a little when steering thru curves.. While turning left I get less vibration and when turning right I get more vibration, or vise versa. I know you guys can't help a whole lot without actually driving or looking at the car. I just don't wanna go replacing tons of stuff that doesnt even need changing trying to figure out my issue

last year my bro's Supra have similar issue like your, he didn't listen to my advice and did all the possibility he and his friend can think off without telling me. Finally came back to me, the Ujoin cost $69 and it did the job vs he spend close to a 1k. Take it to some local machenic you know and trust for recommendation. good luck. let us know.

Alright well I talked to a local tranny shop with a great reputation and he told me that if it is the u joint not to replace them but to buy a whole new driveshaft.. He said he's had bad experiences with them in the past and after replacing the u joint the issue only gets worse... Said something about the way Nissan designed it was a bad design for replacing the ujoint.. He said he's also ran into the same issue with other Nissan models.. I know he isn't just tellin me that expecting to get paid more bc he is a family friend and knows that I would do the work myself anyway. Have any of you guys ever replaced the u joint on a z?

I locked in on that comment and am wondering if it is possible that you need to replace your rubber transmission mount?
When you did solid diff bushings you made all 3 solid right???

Not bashing but I used to be a auto technician.

And replacing the drive shaft usually pays about 2.0 and takes about 1.3

Replacing the u joint pays about 2.3 and takes closer to 3 ...

At least that's what is was on tundra trucks

But could be wrong
