Default Optimal reading for temperature gauge on dash?

Hi everyone,

I recently got a coolant change and the shop used 80% coolant/20% water. I bought my Z only a month back and I don't remember what the temperature gauge on the dash used to be.

Right now, It's a little below the halfway point about a 40 out of 100 (100 being H). It's at that temperature after 10 minutes of driving and stays there and it doesn't fluctuate. I noticed the fan kicks in 30 seconds after the car is still.

Does that sound about right or is it supposed to be lower?
