So yesterday sitting in a drive thru, noticed my ac blowing hot and temp gauge was on. Hot. And found fusable 40 amp radiator fusable link blown. Went to dealer and got a new , and blew again short time after. The car does not have the oem fan assembly, replaced it about 3 yrs ago. Any ideas what might be tripping it. Could the fans going bad again cause this? Is there anyway to test for a bad fan? Appreciate any help thanks.

Ok so that will preety much asure me that all the wiring up untill the fan motors are still in good working order correct? Ill try that Tomorrow , the dealer is closed and I need another fuse.
Yep. There'll obviously be a short somewhere if it blows and the fan is disconnected. Also, I was able to get a couple of those fuses at O'Reilly's and Pep Boys. I checked the dealer and they wanted ~13 for one. I got 2 for ~10.
