Question Intake manifold torque specs

I recently took apart my intake manifold and replaced my throttle body, at the time i didnt have a torque wrench and so i tightend it with my hand but i didnt put alot of force on it because i know it had torque specs. Can someone please tell me the torque specs for the 6 bolts in the middle and the outer specs. I have no engine mods at all.

One of the best sources around is the Motordyne Installation manual for their plenums. It has torque specs and "how to" instructions for those without a torque wrench.
