Default 2003 350z Power line issue ( no start)

2003 350z manual 70k miles. stock no mods, cd players or anything..

drove the car all weekend probally 5 trips around town. then drove it to work tonight and home. at about 11pm i jumped in the car to go get some gas station snacks before watching some breaking bad ( legit excuse for snacks) .. anyway after chit chatting with the attendant about the strip club next door for abour 2 mins a return to my car and it wont start

FIRST OCCURRENCE
Lights work at full strength, interior lights and door ding works nothing seems to be wrong.
Turn Key " click click click click click" volt meter in dash says 12
guy comes by with jump box... car starts right up. He uses the jumpbox to read my battery and says its outputting fine. the 5 minute drive home goes smooth volt meter in dash reads 14 entire drive home

I then park on hill a couple blocks away just to be safe....

SECOND OCCURRENCE
get in car, all lights work full strength no apparent issues.. Turn key NOTHING not even clicks... BUT every light goes out and and flickers on and off as if a UFO is over head. I then roll start the car down the hill and drive it around for 25 minutes.. never have any problem at stop lights or anything.. all appears fine... after getting back i let the car idle for another 5 minutes then turn it off... it sits for another 2 minutes then i try to start it... nothing

Checked my connections everything is tight nothing has changed...
what is the big fuse box thing that is actually connected to the positive terminal ? is there a way that could be messed up? or any fuses that could be doing this... this was not a problem that developed over time it just started randomly out of the blue after being driven all weekend with no issues

+1. That's exactly what happened when the OEM battery failed in my '08 last October.

+2 with the above posts. Also, have the shop check for a parasitic drain, in case this problem does continue.
