Fuel pump power cut help
Hi everyone,
Maybe someone might be able to help me out. Recently my car has been having issues when I floor it, when it reaches 4000-4500rpm the fuel pump is losing pressure, we installed a fuel pressure regulator and pressure is 60 at idle and then when car fails it drops to 15, we put a tester on the + lead and power is being cut. If I floor the car parked it reaches rpm limit fine.
Issue originally started doing it sometimes, sometimes car accelerated fine, and some others issue happened. Now it’s a 100% of times it happens.
No Check engine light is coming up, I already did the following:
Removed AEM FIC
Replaced Maf
Replaced Crankshaft sensor
Did a full ECU, throttle and pedal reset
Checked coolant temp at idle 60 degs and when hot it’s around 90.
Checked o2 sensors with obd2, all 4 seem to correct properly, none is getting stuck.
Replaced fuel pump relay
What could be causing the power cut to the fuel pump?
