That is a liquid-filled rear differential bushing mount. What you are seeing is the silicone leaking out. You can keep driving it as the rubber in the mount will hold together for now. For an OEM replacement, you need to buy the whole sub frame member. There are a few solid diff mounts available as a low cost alternative. Use the search function on this site for all the pros and cons of a solid mount.
