Default P0345 Cam Pos Sensor code keeps coming back

Ok I got this code, at the same time, it became hard to crank the car. takes a couple seconds longer while turning over. I replaced the sensor last night, cleared the code and it cranked fine. I got up this morning and drove my z to work and it did fine. I went out for lunch and it cranked right up but then died. then it took a few tries to crank, but the code was back. Now its back to taking 4-5 seconds to start. Any ideas? What are the chances that the sensor was bad from autozone? Could it be something else? I had another code for the heater 02 sensor or whatever as well this time. the one in the header on that same side. could it be an electrical problem?

but the code is for bank 2 (passenger). would that make sense that it is the other side?
