Default Overheating/only one fan working

Hey guys here's the issue.

In the past with stock fans engine overheated at idle checked thermostat all good then I realized second fan wasn't kicking on or if I started it by hand she would start so I installed some Mishimoto fans. I have also burped the system using a spill free funnel and kept the reservoir at full hot.

Now I'm running into the issue again car overheats at idle and drivers side fan is not kicking on again.

There are no leaks, or water in oil, and water pump isn't making and sounds.

Now I am guessing relays or the 40x40x40 fusible link. Do any of you have steps to test the relays or links.

Sucks that the relays are under the windshield cowl so I guess testing links 1st since they are easier accessible.

Not sure on the 350Z but on my B13 only 1 fan turns on for cooling. The other turns on when I turn on the A/C.

any electrical guys,

Having issues but not cause of the write up it was great.

My issue is my car still overheats after installing the fans months later.

I spill free funnel burped the system, but the divers side fan doesn't turn on at all.

Only the passenger fan is operating either when it gets hot or when I turn on the AC.

I switched the connections assuming the drivers fan would work but once again the passenger side is the only one that works exactly the same way as I previously stated.

Even if gauge for temp goes above half way still no drivers fan.

Any clue why?

Wiring, bad fan, or bad relays?

I would assume wiring is good since swapping plugs didn't change anything...

I'm not an expert but the driver's side fan is for the AC.

Sounds like your wiring is off.

Other causes are relays, sensors, or bad fan motor. I just replaced my fan motor with one from Amazon. So far so good.

Fairly new Mishimoto fans just installed them a few months ago and wires were soldered. Both fans worked correctly after initial install.

Like I said I swapped plugs and still only passenger ran correctly.

Does anyone know does the temp sensor show gauge temp or does it send a signal to the 2nd fan relay or both?
