My wiring harness tape was brittle, and flaking off - so while it's disconnected from the engine, I wanted to re-wrap what I could without disassembling it. Which tape is best for this? I found these, but don't know where to find it either...

Don't think you can go wrong with either from 3m. I'm in the same boat and need to redo mine.

 

Mine has gone in a similar fashion - I just used electrical tape though.
