Default Weak Starter/ Fuel Pump?

I had the engine replaced in my 06 MT recently due to hydrolock, and everything is running smoothly, just as they were before. Only thing I have left to deal with is that now and then throughout the 10 or so starts each day i have, 3-4 are weak/shaky starts, and maybe 1-2 times it doesnt start at all, and i have to return/crank the key again.

Things that have come up, but are fixed:

Engine had to relearn idle, idled at about 1200-1300 when normal 7-800.
Squeaky pulley.

So my question is this: what do you guys think the issue with the ignition is? I haven't had the time to have it looked at yet, but I intend to soon.

More info:
Car Miles: 190k
New Engine Miles: 50k
Clutch was replaced with engine, so ~300 miles

Thank you for any info you guys can give.

Did the problems start before or after the clutch installation?

Wow, how did I miss that?

Sorry, I don't have any suggestions for you. Search the forum, there are some good threads about starting issues.

does it make a noise when u start and it doesn't turn over? it could b the battery not giving enough juice, it could b the flywheel the installed sucks so it grinds, u need more detail or a vid of said incident but if u gonna get it checked out then it wont matter what we tell u, the mechanic is gonna trouble shoot it his way anyways
