If your car is a MANUAL you can shut it off while driving. Its not an intelligent thing to do intentionally because loss of power equals loss of power steering, braking lights etc. But if you do it on accident, say but hitting your key thats overloaded with keyrings, keys, and cheesy little keychain charms - its possible to knock the key to the off or ACC setting. If this happens, simply hold the clutch down, throw the car in neutral and restart the engine. This can all be done while moving. I've done it on accident in my camaro so I'm sure it can happen with a 350 as well.

+1
changing lanes doesnt mean you're driving like a douche. If you leave ample room for the person when you're changing lanes and not cutting people off who cares. If you get a speeding ticket, thats the risk you run. People don't buy fast cars for nothing.

I've never particpated in a street race but I have gone to a couple of the "community events" to spectate. I don't recall seeing or hearing anyone say they saw soccer mom mini vans with kids in them or immigrants pushing around fruit stands at 2 AM in a industrial business area.

OP, you should try changing lanes quite a bit on a one lane bridge.

Other retarded people do it, so it's okay if you do it?

Drive respectfully on public roads. If you want to test your skills, do it on the track. Public roads are not made for screwing around. If you drive like that, you're a douchebag. At least you have lots of company. For some reason, that seems to comfort you.

So you were driving like a jackass during a hot day and the car went into LIMP mode is most likely what happened

I have a feeling a "I just wrecked my Z" thread is up next for OP

Try that argument to a family who put to rest a victim of street racing.

You mean those "street racing" scenes they put on the news where the cars that actually they show crashed are a ford focus and a mercury ?
