The picture is one i found off the internet but... I need to know what the part is that's leaking, Nissan told me the rear differential bushing. Can anyone help that actually knows so i can order the part and start looking into dropping the sub frame to replace this part... Thanks

 

Picture not working. But it probably is the rear subframe/diff bushing that is leaking. Here is a cheap replacement. BTW, you do not need to drop the subframe to replace the bushing.

Ahhh ok then I'm sure that was Nissan way of trying to make 1500$ lol. Ill check through the forums on a DIY!
