Have a helped pump the clutch and hold it while you open and close the bleed valve.

Honestly, the easiest way would be to take a syringe, suck the dirty fluid out of the clutch fluid reservoir, replace with new DOT-3 brake fluid and do this every few days for 2 weeks while you drive the car normally. It's a LOT easier than the other method for bleeding the clutch on a 2007 or 2008. By the time you're done, you've replaced about 75 - 80% of the old clutch fluid and it'll be fine. The best time to do a full bleed on the clutch is when you replace the master clutch cylinder, CSC and clutch line (with braided SS) while you're doing a clutch job and getting rid of all that OEM garbage. The aftermarket CSC is way easier to bleed (probably because it actually works).
