Default Airbag light on after turbo install

I just finished installing my powerlab turbo kit on my 03 Z and my airbag light is on. I had to move the sensor behind the front bumper but didn't disconnect it or anything. Hopefully one of you guys have an idea on what I did and how to fix, thanks for your time !

Did you perform a reset first. What code is it flashing? Try these first and get back to us.

I had no clue there are different codes. The light stays on, it doesn't flash, and I did the ecu reset procedure

You installed a turbo and didn't know your car flashes different codes? I have a feeling we'll be seeing a lot of you in this section.

No dude, I'm talking about airbag codes. Damn some people just try so hard to flame and hate yet they don't even know why they do it. The question is why are my airbag lights on and terrasmak said something about airbag codes. Read before you try to be a dick. I installed the turbo kit myself and had to fabricate/modify half of it so apparently I know how to work on cars and that they have CEL codes but airbags is a different story. Thanks for looking like a douche on my post for no reason. The only time I comment on stuff on here is to help people and I get jackasses like you calling me stupid when you don't realize what this is even about.

As for anyone who would like to help me, please don't act like this dude. I'm simply asking if anyone has an idea as to why my AIRBAG light is on after my install. It is staying on and not flashing, I tried to research yet didn't find any info that is like my situation, the only answers I found pertained to fender bender accidents and my car was never in any type of wreck.

Come on man, I'm not some dumb punk who had pepboys put on a turbo kit for me. There is only a select few things with cars that I know nothing about and airbags is one of them.

i had the same thing when i installed my turbo kit. turned out it was a spiral cable in my steering wheel. The wheel only turns so far before the cable breaks and its not far..about 3 complete turns in one direction from when the wheel is centered. Hope this helps you!

It's all good, I'm used to the majority of questions coming from absolute dopes.

(for example: https://my350z.com/forum/maintenance...rpm-drops.html)

Or maybe I'm just an assh*le. Yup, definitely an assh*le

Very quick way to test this , does the horn work. I screwed up my first header install.

If I remember right I didn't get a solid light till I removed the airbag module.

Oh great, I hope that didn't happen, bc I had to bleed my power steering system and I had the car up in the air while it was running and I had my dad turn the wheel as I put new fluid in since it is a 2 person job, I'm pretty sure he was turning it full lock each direction multiple times before it got all the air out. This worries me now, any way I can figure this out? I have a friend that works at the dealership and he said he can check the air bag system for me so I'm probably going to take it up there. I really hope I don't have a wiring issue

As mention just above, DOES THE HORN WORK? It used the same ribbon cable as the air bags and cruise control.

If the horn works its def not the spiral cable!.. as he said,The horn works off same cable. So if its disabled too then you might have a problem.
