Default Check Engine Codes

So I was casually driving home on the highway and my Z decided to give me the service engine soon light.

Got it diagnosed and I had 3 faults.
P0327- I will be buying the knock sensor and sub harness to fix this.
P0139- the bank 1 o2 sesnor has a a low circuit, will also replace this.

The other code was P1147, and I can't find any info on that.

Just wanted to see if I'm going to be fixing it the correct way, any info/tips will be appreciated. Thanks!

Car is a 2003 manual with 90k miles.

Don't forget the new intake gaskets with your knock sensor and sub-harness. I would do those first, then work on figuring out the O2 codes.
