Default Flat tire indicator question/malfuntion?

2003 Touring. Out on the town tonight and parted the Z in 10 degree weather for around 3 hours. Came out a drove off and within a block the flat tire alarm and light went off. Kept driving and checked the pressure indicator. Show 27 psi, front and rear and as I continued to drive it went up. I stopped and checked my tires and did not have a flat. Continued to drive home and even in this cold weather my pressure indicator leveled off at 32 psi front and rear. When I got home I checked this site and found that when the tire pressure gets below 28 psi the alarm goes off, now how do I reset it so the light goes out? Also am I running my tires to low? Do I need to add air so it can't get below 28 psi even in 0 degree weather? Or is something wrong with my system?

Thanks

Nothing wrong with it. The light will go out by itself
Put alittle more air in your tires. 3-4psi more, and you will be fine.
