Car acting very strangely
So I have a 2007 350z 6mt. Today it started acting very strangely, and I can't figure out why..
I first noticed this when I was on the highway in 6th gear at about 2500 rpm. I pressed the gas and it jumped to nearly 3000 for a second before falling down to where it should be. I couldn't replicate this every time I tried, but it happened a few more times. Eventually it jumped as high as 4000 rpm.
When it did this I thought I smelled clutch, but I was going about 75 so I couldn't be sure. On top of this, when I shift it is too smooth. I downshifted from 6th to 3rd without rev matching and there was no jerk like there normally is. Whenever I shifted gear whether I rev matched or not it felt like I'm driving an auto. Another thing I'm
Noticing is my clutch engagement point seems to be a little higher than normal. As of now, I have about 9000 miles on my clutch and flywheel, it's a competition clutch stage 1, and around 3000 or so on the slave cylinder.
My suspicion is clutch, but I'm not sure and I'm getting a bit worried about this. Any help is appreciated.

I've done a couple of the slippage tests, on a flat surface at 30 in 5th or 6th gear I have no slip. But when I did that in 5th on a hill the rpms started rapidly bouncing until about 45 then normalized. Does that sound about right for slippage?
