i'm thinking my alternator or voltage regulator might be going out. the reason i say this is anytime i turn on my car and turn on my heater on my voltage meter on the dash will go down and back up a bit which has never done this before tell a few days ago.

 

Does the volt meter go below 12 volts?

 

nope never does

 

Meter like said and can check if windows roll down slower. Can always pull it off and have auto store check free.

 

I wouldn't be too worried about it, but you should have a battery load test done as well as voltage testing.
