Default Stalled out and low rpms

After cruising around for a bit, I was at a red light when suddenly my car stalled out. CEL came on, so I turned it off and restarted, and I was off and running again. Since then, my idle has been very low, and it acts like it may stall after a few minutes in park with it running.
I had the spark plugs changed two months back, and all seemed fairly well outside a fuel smell when I started it up cold. I disconnected the battery (neg) for two hours, but it seems to persist.

Also, my fuel economy is not good, and I am getting faulty readings, as well. It was showing 20/29 for gas mileage.

Your throttle body could be dying. It could also be a bad cam sensor. You should get it scanned

I had the same issue on my 03! It's the scariest thing ever especially when it happened to me on i95! But don't worry it's nothing too major. For me, and I'm about 99% sure you have the same issue! it's the Camshaft Position sensor! I had both of mine replaced and no more stalling!
