Any advice?
Take a look at the pic that I've attached and give me some advice on repairing the paint on the Z logo on the strut bar.
Thanks.
Thanks.

mine did the same thing. if you take that whole section out you can get the z off and i spray painted mine..... its okay. i am thinking of taking it off and filling the areas with bondo and painting or vinyl wrapping it
I think any low-cost fix is going to make it look aftermarket.......which is fine if that's where you're headed. A few bucks and some time could make it look nice. But if you are wanting an OEM look, I'd get a used one like this:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Nissan-03-04-05-350Z-93130-CD000-93130-CD000-OEM-Upper-Strut-Bar-Cover-Silver-/331206492190?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Model%3A350Z&hash=item4d1d72001e&vxp=mtr
Looks to be about $60. By the time you detail out the "Z", strip the old finish, mask and paint with something that might approximate brushed metal......a quick $60 fix may not seem too bad.
Of course, that same part might be available for even less at a local salvage yard or elsewhere.
