Aside from oil changes and fluid top offs, I haven't really done any maintenance on my Z since I bought it a year and a half ago. The car has 110k miles. I am looking for advice on things I should probably have looked at for a car of said miles.

 

All the fluids would be a good start I'd say.
Transmission, diff, coolant, etc.

New diff bushings if you're still on oem and it's torn.
New belts if yours are old and starting to crack.
Lower control arm bushings and whatver else might need replacing as far as bushings go.
That's getting a little into it, idk if that's how far you want to go, but I'd recommend it!

Basically, just google it. Basic maintnence is the same on virtually every car and I'm sure you'll find a nice check list somewhere online!

 

Along with fluid changes I would do spark plugs and have fuel system cleaned. You may need a new clutch and flywheel and new brake rotors and pads. Also check shocks. Like poster above said your bushings are probably shot so I would recommend going with some polyurethane for your bushings. Make sure you check your subframe differential bushings. Mine went and blew black silicone in my garage at 45k miles.

 

A lot depends on how it was looked after prior to you owning it. If you're not mechanically minded then find yourself a decent independent who is competent with 350Z's. There are a few of Canadians on this forum, maybe they could point you in the direction of one. Otherwise go through the FSM and see just what that tells you to take a look at.

 

Do you have your owner's manual? It should have a suggested scheduled maintenence section.

 

You said 110 is high mileage yea ok just breaking it in ahaha most of us are near 200 right now

 

Depending on the year, you may want to take a look at your front bushings, specifically the inner flca and the inner compression arm bushing. Both are prone to failure. Causing increased tire wear and unwanted front end noise
