I have a 04 350z Manual 30k with APS single turbo, APS exhaust, the car runs fine although out of no where a P1279 code poped up. Any input would be appriaxiates .

 

 

Probably because the car has only been driven 2700 miles a year for 11 years.
My best guess would be one or both head gaskets for that code and year.
Sad...

Edit- I Google searched. Bad injectors, sorry for the confusion. That might be why the head gasket's leaking.

 

Be careful using google for codes that are p1XXX those are specific to the vehicle.

I'll throw you a bone, your upstream o2 sensor on the passenger side probably needs replacing.
