For some reason my passenger side window stop rolling up or down and it just start doing it today with no warning what so ever. so i end up taking the door panel off to check and see what the problem could be but there is nothing from my eyes can see. so iupload a video on you tube for you to watch.

 

I heard 350z are notorious for having window motor issues. Hopefully someone can help you figure out your problem.

 

It looks like i was able to get the window to roll up. It was not easy i had to hold down the reset button while i was holding down the window switch to get it to roll up. the only problem is as soon as it got close to top the motor started to knock and make that sound you see in the video again so i hope this info help's anyone.

 

You need a new window motor.

Mine did this until it eventually stopped working.
