Default cant get into 2nd gear feel like a "wall" blocking it - 05 350z

Hello, im going to keep this short and sweet.
05 35th ann model oe clutch and tranny - 118kms
all gears are fine except 2nd gear, when i start in first going at a moderate acceleration and i slowly shift into 2nd, it wont let me.... i feel like there is a "wall" blocking it into 2nd.... this problem is on and off, doesnt happen after i drive it for a while. and occurs also slowing down to turn when im in 3rd to 2nd the same problem happens... im thinking its a bad syncro?

any help would be great

Cheap and easy to do an oil change in the gearbox before getting too far ahead of yourself. OEM is fine, or Redline 85MTL.

Agreed. Switching to Redline MT-85 made a world of a difference.

I will confuse you even more and say go with only GENUINE NISSAN MANUAL TRANSMISSION fluid. That should be the first step and learn how to drive to get the synchros working for you. AKA rev matching on an upshift...Second is almost useless on our cars anyway. Go from 1 to 3rd
