You need to take the car to a body shop to get it repaired.

I second what everyone else has already said, is there any chance a traffic camera caught this on tape?

I don't think that it was caught on camera. How much do you think this will run me? Would they have to replace the whole thing or would they just go over it and fix it up with the original?

Just let your insurance take care of it. All you will be out is your deductible.
